Honourable Dr. Raman Singh inaugurated the Rajnandgaon division’s first cutting-edge space education lab today, bringing AI, robotics, and rocketry directly to local students.

RAJNANDGAON, June 27 — The Rajnandgaon division just landed its first dedicated space education laboratory. Chhattisgarh Assembly Speaker, Honourable Dr. Raman Singh, officially launched the cutting-edge facility at the Padumlal Punnalal Bakshi Swami Atmanand English Medium School today. It’s a massive shift for regional infrastructure. They’re finally moving advanced scientific training directly into the local public school system.

The district administration didn’t build this entirely on their own. They’ve partnered with the Muskaan Foundation—an officially registered ISRO space tutor led by Director Dr. Brajesh Mittal—to design the curriculum and wire up the facility. So what exactly will these students do here? The lab drops standard textbook learning for hands-on training stations in artificial intelligence, robotics, coding, satellite technology, and 3D printing.

Honourable Dr. Singh inspected several student-built scientific models during the launch event. He noted that educators simply can’t rely on outdated teaching methods in the modern era. And he stressed that putting heavy concepts like rocketry and astronomy into students’ hands early is the only way to foster a genuine culture of research.

But setting up the expensive hardware isn’t the final step.

The team behind the project hasn’t hidden its long-term ambitions for the region’s youth. Abhinandan Tiwari explained that the National Education Policy aggressively pushes space science, driving their immediate mission to establish these regional hubs. He pointed out that students who previously trained in their facilities have successfully gone on to attend workshops directly at ISRO. Now, they’re handing Chhattisgarh’s youth a direct launchpad to dominate the fields of artificial intelligence and robotics.
